Ken,

Perhaps you should do videos and bypass publishers, like this kind of thing ?

I think your a great teacher and it would be a great loss, to lose that.

Hi Jason,

Thanks for your feedback.

I doubt that I'll be involved with another edition of the book. Although the book has received very gratifying reviews, the sales have been disappointing. I doubt that the publisher would find it profitable either.

Thanks,

Ken

Ken,

I am just on page 59 of the book but love it already, I was nearly put off by the fact that it uses VB and not C#, but found your site and examples in c#. The reason I got the book is that I see a lot of jobs advertised for .ASP NET with C# so, to avoid confusion, you may want the next version of the book to come with VB and C# examples ?

Also, most people seem to use 'place code in a separate file', unsure if this now seen as 'best practice' by Microsoft or just a hangover from the past, unlike most developers I am unemployed so have time to learn new tools but know from experience they usually keep doing things 'the old way' as rarely have the time to learn the new stuff, even if it would save time in the long run.

Regards

Jason
