Hey folks, C# code for all of the chapters is now available on the Downloads page. I readily admit that I'm not a C# guru, so if you want to suggest improvements to the C# code (please be gentle?  ), the forums are here for you!
BTW, for some of the LINQ code, I used a nice product from VBConversions called VB.Net to C# Converter. I wrote about it on my blog.
